About
Two real people. Two jobs that don't usually get tech-blog coverage. One shared interest in figuring out what AI actually does in the day-to-day.
Stone — Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse · AHPRA-registered · 5+ years primary care, Sydney
Sydney-based RN, AHPRA-registered, working primary care. Writing about AI tools I actually use day to day — including the ones I dropped after a week.
Megan — Early Childhood Teacher
Early Childhood Teacher · ACECQA-registered · 5+ years across baby, toddler & pre-school rooms, Sydney
Sydney-based ECT, ACECQA-registered, working across baby, toddler and pre-school rooms. Real classroom AI experiments, real reasons most of them fail.
Why this site exists
Every other AI blog is written by someone whose job is writing AI blogs. We wanted a record of what AI actually does for two specific jobs — nursing and early childhood — where the stakes are real and the buzzwords are loud.
Posts include the failures. The tool we abandoned. The prompt that gave wrong dosing advice. The Claude Code refactor that broke auth twice. Especially the failures.
How posts are written
Drafts may start from a Claude prompt. Every post is then edited by a human (one of us) before publication. The personal anecdotes, opinions, and citations are real. We run AI-detection on every post and don't publish if it scores above 30%.
Sub-agents and the build pipeline are open source — see the repo.
